Some geeky physio advise (could not help myself haha): try stretching your elbow with the palm of your hand facing up (supination) as naturally the elbow has a few more degrees extension in supination rather than pronation. Good luck with rehab!!

No doubt you are following the Kiwis in Poland?? ... what can I say? ..bloody fantastic stuff from little old NZ ha? 
Anyway all the best mate better get ready for the Morrinsville Open today.
